FUNCTION: PROJECT LEADER

REQUIREMENTS:

R- Degree in Informatics/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
- Transversal and technical skills
- Main technical tasks:

  • Hardware/Firmware design of high-speed digital input / output  for  data streaming , including VHDL programming 
  • Software design in advanced languages ​​(C + +, C #) in industrial environments
  • Knowledge of feedback control systems, especially for electrical axis control
  • Knowledge of physical variables high-speed data acquisition systems
  • Knowledge of Electronic CAD systems
  • Design and implementation of high-tech and multidisciplinary  highly integrated platforms

- Following knowledges are preferred:

  • numerical simulation systems (FEM)
  • analogical and digital printing technologies
  • methods of electronic cards certification
  • machine vision systems

-Important abilities:

  • attitude to technology risk evaluation
  • attitude to coordination of multidisciplinary, multilingual  and multi-site teams

Job description:

The Project Leader coordinates project activities both from technical and managerial point of view, from the feasibility study to production release: he/she is the referent of the top management for the project assigned.

  • He/she is the LIASON with national and international counterparts, Universities and Research Centers.
  • He/she is actively involved in the financial and technological decisions linked to the project.
  • He/she is the leader of Research&Development projects.
  • He/she proposes to participate to conferences and organizes targeted visits with partners, especially for new technologies.

Initial activities (initial stage of the project)

  • Supporting the top management in defining goals
  • Defining project organization and operative plan
  • Identifying human resources involved and their responsibilities
  • Developing project Budget (material, resources, investments, ...)

Standard activities

  • Defining Milestones: design, materials procurement, construction of prototypes , tests, setup..
  • Monitoring new components costs and quotations
  • Monitoring components purchase and use to guarantee the respect of the project schedule. Visiting new or critical suppliers
  • Informing the Management and the Team on regular basis
  • Analyzing together with the Management problems arising during the project development
  • Controlling objectives and planning
  • Preventing budget deviations and preparing recovery plans

 

Project closure activities

  • Sharing project results with the Management and the Team
  • Informing the company about potential risks
  • Guaranteeing correct documentation (machine manuals, spare parts lists, commercial brochures, …)

FUNCTION: DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIST.

CAREERS:

High capabilities in logic, analysis, synthesis;
• Degree in textile engineering or industrial technical diploma with high marks
• Availability and willingness to travel abroad

Following experiences are preferred:

• Ink installation and ink jet  printing machine start-up
• Analysis of problems of ink jet printing (fabric, paper, plastic, ceramic, etc..)
• Color change, replacement of filters, pumps, degasing units, heads, electronic cards
• Registration and machine set up
• Update of PC software (OS and programs)
• Creation of color profile

The skills to be developed include the following:

• Technological start-up of digital printing machine

: The candidate will be in charge of printing tests and technological assistance at customers’, as well as local personnel training. Our assistance, suggestions and deep knowledge of the printing process should help our customers to improve their machine performances.

• Good knowledge of rotary and flat screen printing machines
• Good knowledge of the technological process and chemical products for textile printing

SALES DEPARTMENT

OFFICE:After a period of training in Reggiani, the candidates will be in charge of selling our digital and traditional machines. The candidates will take care of our existing Customers and will be in charge of selling our products in the assigned areas.

The candidate must have the following qualifications:
• Diploma or other technical qualification in mechanic, electro-mechanic, electronics or textile chemistry; a degree is preferred
• A minimum experience of 5 years, preferably in the mechanical textile sector
• More than 30 year old
• Fluent English both written and spoken both technical and commercial
• Availability to travel abroad for 4/6 months a year
• Fluent French or Spanish both written and spoken is preferred
