Reggiani Macchine TRP concept

Reggiani Macchine, as a world leader in textile printing, will exhibit at ITMA 2007 in Munich, the largest international textile machinery exhibition, with a 350 sqm booth.

Every ITMA edition sets the pace for innovation and improvement in the textile business and Reggiani Macchine is willing to reinforce its leadership as a provider of printing process solution for industrial application.

Reggiani Macchine is the only solution provider that can support its partners with a full set of industrial printing technologies that covers from the high end traditional printing (rotary screen, flat screen, sampling tables) to the new frontiers of digital printing (high speed ink-jet) as well as finishing equipments (stenters, dryers, etc.).

We just remind some of the patented innovation introduced by Reggiani Macchine in the last decade: washing on line system for the rotary screens, true multi-reapeat self-aligning printing heads, uniflux continuous magnetic squeezing system.

The digital spirit of Reggiani Macchine emerged with the DReAM project. The release we are presenting in the 240 cm width will set the new reference for digital industrial production in the market. DReAM is also available in the 180 cm and 340 cm width versions. All models are suitable for industrial production over 24/7 with reduced maintenance cycles on the printing heads and can be equipped with an optional flat screen for special effects (metallic particles, glittering, etc.).

Reggiani Macchine & Huntsman Textile Effects joint participation to FESPA 2007

Reggiani Macchine as a world leader in textile printing participated at FESPA 2007 in Berlin, the largest global event for screen, digital and industrial printing, in a joint booth with Huntsman Textile Effects, the global provider of inks and chemicals for textile digital printing.

This joint event has been intentionally arranged to show on the market the only actual process solution for industrial digital printing on textiles.

The DReAM machine is available in three models with different printing width: 180 cm, 240 cm, 340 cm with a printing speed respectively of 150 sqm/h, 190 sqm/h and 230 sqm/h with 2-passes at 600 dpi.

All models are suitable for industrial production over 24/7 with reduced maintenance cycles on the printing heads and can be equipped with an optional flat screen for special effects (metallic particles, glittering, etc.).

The DReAM machine can use different inks (acid, reactive, sublimatic disperse and direct disperse) and it is suitable for use with different type of synthetic and natural fibers:

- Textiles: polyester, polyammide, cotton, linen, silk, lycra

- Carpets: polyammide

- Leather

Event in the event has been the open-house show which took place on June 7th at digiBEST, one of Reggiani Macchine's best customers located in Berlin, who is succesfully running two DReAM machines in the Flags & Banners market.

The show has been attended by several participants from the printing industry mostly from Italy, Germany, France and Turkey and everybody was by digiBEST business model.
